For the past two decades my passion has been understanding skin of color. As a practicing dermatologist, and Founding Director of the Skin of Color Center, I have treated sensitivity, dull, uneven skin tone, hyper-pigmentation (dark marks), blemishes and acne, which are all major problems for skin of color. I am delighted to bring to you, Dr. Susan Taylor's Rx for Brown Skin, which I personally formulated to provide safe and effective skin care solutions for these problems. The Rx for Brown Skin difference is that my regimens are free of potentially harmful ingredients (such as fragrance, lanolin, alcohol, propylene glycol, and dye) that can damage brown skin. In addition, my skin care regimens contain my Bright Skin ComplexTM, a blend of 3 natural ingredients, hyaluronic acid, soy and pomegranate for soft, even and radiant brown skin.
Brown skin comes in many different shades from olive and yellow to dark brown and black. Whether you are South or Southeast Asian, Latino or Hispanic, African or African American, Mediterranean, Middle Eastern or multiracial, Dr. Susan Taylor's Rx for Brown Skin is your personalized prescription to help you maintain, restore and uncover flawless brown skin.
Sincerely,
Susan C. Taylor, MD

What is Brown Skin?
Brown skin comes in many tones, from yellow or olive hues to deep chocolate brown, and is found most commonly in those of Asian, Latino, African, Middle Eastern or Mediterranean descent.
Why was Rx for Brown Skin developed?
Internationally acclaimed dermatologist Dr. Susan Taylor recognized the need for a scientifically developed skincare line to address the structural and functional differences of brown skin. The key difference is brown skin's tendency to hyper-pigment (produce dark marks) when skin is irritated or inflamed.
What is the Rx for Brown Skin Difference?
Rx for Brown Skin products are formulated without the irritating ingredients found in other skin care productsfragrance, alcohol, dye, lanolin and propylene glycolthat can lead to dark discolorations. Rx for Brown Skin regimens also contain Bright Skin Complex TM, a unique blend of hyaluronic acid, soy and pomegranate which uncovers bright and radiant brown skin. |
