-Dispense only the length of liner you need to avoid breaking the tip.
-Twist the tip of the pencil clockwise to dispense the desired length.
-Line along the natural contours of the lips or slightly outside for a fuller pout.
-Fill in with your favorite lipstick or gloss and blend to smooth out any harsh lines.
-For longer wear, fill in the entire lip area with the pencil only, and top with a tiny bit of gloss for a touch of added shine.
