-WARNING: If eye becomes irritated in any way, discontinue use and consult a physician immediately. -Do not use a makeup remover; water and gentle pressure is all it takes for removal. -No need for excessive rubbing. -Just keep soaking your eyelid with warm water until the layer of color slides off (like a second skin).
-Use Blinc Liquid Eyeliner on clean, dry skin. -Gently pull the lid towards your ear and start at the inner part of the lid. -Draw a thin line evenly along the upper lid getting as close to the lashes as possible. -If your liner goes astray a little water on a cotton bud will easily correct the problem. -Within one minute, apply additional layers of color to thicken the line. -Once set, additional layers cannot be applied. -To remove, remember neither water alone nor pressure alone will remove Blinc Liquid Eyeliner, only the combination of lots of warm water and gentle pressure, from your fingertips, a washcloth or water pressure (i.e. shower) will slide the layer of color effortlessly off your skin into your hand. -It does not penetrate your skin and leaves no residue.
