-Use short, light strokes to fill in sparse brows
-Apply the powder onto the brow using the Mini Duo Angled Spooley Brush #7.
-Apply the darker color first where the brows are sparse, and then brush the lighter shade over the entire brow.
-Use the spooley brush to pull the color through.
