The Beauty Insider Program is our free rewards program. For every dollar you spend on merchandise at Sephora online, Sephora retail stores or in Sephora inside JCPenney locations, you receive one point. You can redeem your points for rewards. When purchasing items at our retail locations or Sephora inside JCPenney locations, be sure to let our beauty experts know that you are a Beauty Insider by giving them your registered e-mail address or flashing your Beauty Insider card.
Membership to the Beauty Insider Program is limited to individuals only and is limited to one account per individual. A valid email address is required to register for the program and you must be age 13 years or older and a legal resident of the United States or Canada to be eligible for membership. Eligible minors must obtain their parent's or legal guardian's consent prior to participation. By submitting an application for the Beauty Insider Program, you agree (or, if you are a minor, your parent or legal guardian agrees) to be bound by these terms and conditions. No purchase is necessary to become a member. The program is void where prohibited by law.
If you have more than one Beauty Insider account, please call customer service at 877-SEPHORA (1-877-737-4672) and we can assist you by combining your accounts.
When purchasing items at Sephora inside JCPenney locations, be sure to let our beauty experts know that you are a Beauty Insider by giving them your registered e-mail address or flashing your Beauty Insider card. Beauty Insider clients that make a purchase at a Sephora inside JCPenney location will accrue Beauty Insider points. Purchases made at Sephora inside JCPenney locations count towards VIB and VIB Rouge status.
You receive one point for every dollar spent on merchandise (excludes the purchase of egift certificates, gift cards, taxes and/or shipping) online, in Sephora retail stores or in Sephora inside JCPenney locations. Points accrue automatically when you make a purchase and provide your Beauty Insider account information. Points do not expire. When purchasing items at our retail locations, be sure to let our beauty experts know that you are a Beauty Insider by giving them your registered e-mail address or flashing your Beauty Insider card. Every time you accumulate 100 points in your Beauty Bank, you can choose one Beauty Insider deluxe sample with your purchase. After you select your deluxe sample, 100 points will be deducted from your Beauty Bank balance. You can also opt to save your points. When you accumulate 500 points in your Beauty Bank, you can redeem your points for a free, limited-edition set handpicked for Beauty Insiders only. After you select this set, 500 points will be deducted from your Beauty Bank. Beauty Bank points have no cash value and can only be redeemed for rewards.
Points will be deducted from your Beauty Bank when merchandise is returned that was originally purchased using your Beauty Insider account. It is possible your Beauty Bank could have a negative balance after merchandise is returned. To view your Beauty Bank balance online, simply log in to your online account.
The Beauty Insider Card is not a credit card; it is a membership card for our free rewards program. You do not need a Beauty Insider Card to shop at Sephora or to accumulate points in your Beauty Bank. If you would like a Beauty Insider Card, one can be picked up at a Sephora retail store. Please provide your registered email address to the cast member at the store so that they can link your Sephora online account to a Beauty Insider Card. Beauty Insider Cards are not available by mail and are not needed for online purchases. When shopping Sephora online your registered email address is all that is needed to insure your online purchase is automatically added to your Beauty Bank. If you have misplaced you Beauty Insider Card, you can simply pick up a new one on your next store visit. The Cast Member can pull up your registration information using the email address you provided and link your account to a new card number with no delay.
When you accumulate 100 points, you can redeem them for a free deluxe sample with your purchase. During the checkout process, you will be prompted to choose one deluxe sample if you have 100 points in your Beauty Bank. You will see this deluxe sample listed along with your merchandise on the Order Confirmation page. Samples are available while supplies last and substitutions may occur. If your online order is not completed during the same visit, the samples will be removed from your shopping basket and may no longer be available. You are not required to redeem a sample during checkout. Due to the limited nature of the free deluxe samples, we regret that we are unable to reship samples if they arrive damaged, if your received the wrong one or if one is missing from your order. Samples are shipped with merchandise purchases ONLY.
When you accumulate 500 points, you can redeem them for a limited-edition set-handpicked for Beauty Insiders only. Any time you have accumulated 500 points in your Beauty Bank and you place an order online, you'll be presented with the opportunity to cash in your points for a 500 Point Reward. Simply check the box on the Beauty Insider Rewards page during checkout and the set will be added to your shopping basket.500 points will be credited back to your Beauty Insider account when returning a 500 Point Reward. Returned 500 Point Rewards cannot be exchanged for cash, for another product, gift card, or egift certificate.
* The retail value of the 500 Point Reward does not count toward our free shipping threshold. 500 Point Rewards are available through point redemption while supplies last.
All Beauty Insiders are eligible to receive a birthday gift from Sephora. Online your birthday gift will be automatically offered to you at checkout 14 days before and after your birthday and the entire month of your birthday. To include the gift with your online order, simply place a check in the box next to the gift during the checkout process. If you are within the correct timeframe of your birthday, but you do not see the birthday gift as you are checking out, please call customer service at 877-SEPHORA (1-877-737-4672) before placing your order so that we can assist you further. If your birthday timeframe has passed for this year, rest assured, we will have another exciting gift next year. We regret that we are unable to send the birthday gift without an online merchandise order. You can also pick up your birthday gift at a Sephora retail store or at a Sephora inside JCPenney location. When picking up your birthday gift at one of our retail locations, please make sure to let our Cast Members know that you are a Beauty Insider by presenting your Beauty Insider Card or referencing your registered email address. No purchase is necessary to receive your gift at a Sephora store.
Beauty Insiders may receive invitations to Beauty Insider VIB or VIB Rouge only events. Because space is limited at these events, prior registration is required. Please follow the instructions you received in your invitation email to register for the event. You will be asked to show your Beauty Insider Card at the event. If you do not have a card, please print out a copy of the email and take that along with you. We regret that space is limited to these events and that we may be unable to register you for the event once it reaches capacity.
Earn VIB status by spending $350 on merchandise at Sephora.com, in a Sephora retail store, or in Sephora inside JCPenney store within a calendar year (January-December).
