If you have forgotten your password, please go to the Sign In page and type in your email address before clicking on the "forgotten password” link. Enter the answer to your Security Question, and you can reset your password. The Security Question is not a hint for your password; it is simply a question that only you would know the answer to. If you are having difficulties, please contact customer service at 877-SEPHORA (1-877-737-4672) to have your password reset. Passwords cannot be sent via email.
You can update your answers to the Beauty Profile questions at any time. To update your answers, sign into your Beauty Insider account and either click on the “Personalized Recommendations” link in the left navigation or the “Edit Your Profile” link at the bottom of the page. The answers to these beauty questions help us personalize the recommendations we make for you in email and on the Personalized Recommendations page.
You can view your purchase history through My Beauty Bag on the Beauty Insider home page. Your purchase history will include the names of the products, samples and gifts your have received as well as a link to the product and the date and location of the purchase. Only purchases made with your Beauty Insider Card or orders placed at Sephora since becoming a Beauty Insider will be shown in your purchase history. Purchases made at a Sephora store without a Beauty Insider Card will not be shown in your purchase history.
