For security reasons, Sephora requires a password for signing in to your account.
If you have forgotten your password, there are 2 ways to reset it:
1) If you remember your login e-mail address and security question answer, you can automatically reset your password. You will be asked for your login e-mail address to retrieve your password hint.
2) If you do not remember your security question answer, you can contact Customer Service to reset your password.
You can change your login e-mail address and password by clicking on E-mail Address and Password within your account. We recommend that you save a new password hint with each change of password. Please note that all your e-mail subscriptions and order confirmations will be sent to your new email address.
