To add items to your Shopping Basket, simply click on "Place in Basket" of the item you wish to buy.
To remove an item, check the box under the column labeled "Remove" and click "Recalculate" to see your new total.
To change the quantity of items, change the number in the box under the "Qty" column and click "Recalculate."

If you are a returning customer, and have finished adding items to your shopping basket and want to checkout, you will be prompted to sign in by providing your e-mail address (login) and password. If you can't remember your password, click here to reset your password.

Sephora.com offers FREE STANDARD 3 DAY SHIPPING on all U.S. merchandise orders $50 and over (excluding taxes). For shipments totaling less than $50, there is a delivery charge of $5.95 for Standard 3 Day shipping or $5.95 for UPS Ground. Our standard shipping option is Standard 3 Day shipping. Orders over $50 always ship for free—no promotion code needed. Gift Cards and eGift Certificates do not apply. Select items considered Hazardous Materials do not qualify for Free Standard 3 Day Shipping and must be shipped Ground.

After entering the "ship to" addresses, you can select a shipment method for your order. Delivery charges will be applied according to your selection.
You have the option of no gift packaging (products are wrapped in tissue paper and delivered in a durable cardboard box, our signature black-and-white Sephora gift box ($4 per order) or a black nylon satchel with a red cord drawstring ($2 per order). Just select the option that best fits your needs.
If you're sending a gift, be sure to check the box marked "Gift Order." This will ensure that your order is processed appropriately. Prices are NOT included in the packing slip for your order.
You can also add a personalized gift message to your order. A gift card will be included in your order.
If you have an online store credit with Sephora.com, it will be automatically used towards your order as the first payment method. The remaining balance can be paid for by credit card or eGift Certificate.
You can store multiple credit cards to use for your Sephora.com purchase. During this step in the checkout process, you can add, edit, or delete your information. Select one credit card for the payment of your order.
You can use up to three eGift Certificates towards the purchase of your order. Remaining balances will be stored and can be used towards a later purchase. Only one promotional code can be used towards an order. Promotional code cannot be combined or redeemed for cash or credit.
If you have a promotional code, you can enter the code at this time. The promotional offer will appear automatically into your shopping basket at the Order Confirm page.
Immediately after you have successfully placed your order with Sephora.com, you will receive an e-mail that contains information regarding the details of your order. The order confirmation e-mail is your receipt that can be printed for your records. The order confirmation e-mail includes your order number (the same number that appeared on our web site after successful submission of an order), the details of the products and corresponding prices, any promotional coupons or eGift Certificates, your ship-to and bill-to information, and the ship method.

What happens next:
• Your beauty products will be shipped within 1 to 2 business days.
• If you ordered a Sephora Gift Card, it will be sent separately from any merchandise that may have been ordered.
• If you purchased a sephora.com eGift Certificate, the recipient will receive it via email within 24 hours.
At www.sephora.com, you can always check your order status by clicking on the My Account link located at the top of every page. After signing in, your most recent order status will appear on the Order Status page
