You can place orders from our seasonal catalog online. If you are an existing customer, first sign in, then begin shopping by typing the product number into the search box on the top right of the site homepage. Next click Search to view the product details. If you wish to buy the product then click Place in Basket, and when you're ready to checkout, just click Proceed to Checkout.
If you are a new customer, you will need to first register online. Click on the Sign Up For Sephora link located at the top of the page. Please provide your email address for order confirmation and a password. After registration, you can begin filling your shopping basket. Type the product number or name into the search box on the top right of the online page. Then click Search to view the product details. You can place items in your shopping basket and when you're ready, click Proceed to Checkout.

You can also call our Customer Service direct line to place a catalog order. Provide the Sephora representative with your product numbers and shipping/billing information. Our expert representatives will also be able to answer your questions about color, texture, and scent, and advise you on complementary products.

When you place an order through our toll free number, the shipping costs and delivery schedule are the same as our online shipping costs and delivery schedule. Select the packaging of your choice by checking the appropriate box to the left of each pictured option on the shipping page during checkout. Please note that prices or charges will be reflected in your order total during checkout. Your order confirmation e-mail should serve as your receipt.
For your convenience, the gift box is not sealed, should you like to mix and match the items in your gift.
At this time we do not offer per item gift packaging. Items are packaged according to size and are all enclosed in one box or bag per order. Sephora offers one gift packaging option per orders. Should you require separate packaging per item please place separate orders. Gift packaging cannot be returned for cash or merchandise credit.
