If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase or gift, you may return the item in its original condition and package to Sephora. Return shipping costs are paid by the purchaser and any shipping cost associated with the original order cannot be refunded. Please follow the simple instructions below:
1. Fill out the Return Form on your packing slip.
2. Contact Sephora Customer Service at 1.877.737.4672 to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number, return instructions, and return mailing address.
3. Clearly print the return mailing address, including your RA number on your package and on your Return Form.
4. Place your merchandise in the original shipping box. If the original packaging is not available, please use a sturdy box or padded envelope to prevent damage in transit.
5. Return the package to us using the delivery service of your choice. You will be notified by email once your return has been processed.
You can visit any Canadian or U.S. Sephora store to return your items. Please check the most current list of Sephora stores in your area.
Please bring the following required items with you to the store:
- The original Packing Slip and Return Form
- The credit card used on your order
- Items you wish to return
A Sephora staff member will process your return or transact the exchange at the Sephora store - it's that easy!
Note: If you do not bring the Packing Slip and Return Form with you, the store will honor the retail price at the register on the day of your return in the form of an exchange. Your exchange amount will be subject to currency fluctuations and current in-store retail prices which may be different from the original purchase price. Original shipping and handling costs are non-refundable. Please do not mail your return to the Sephora store. The stores are unable to process mail-in returns.
We will issue a full refund to your credit card for the price (including duties and taxes) of any item that you return. Please make sure to enter all of your information, including your e-mail address. Original shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.
It takes up to 30 days to process the return and credit your account. We will notify you via e-mail once your return has been processed. Please note that your financial institution will likely take approximately seven business days to reflect this transaction. If you have any questions about your return, please contact Customer Service.
