Corporate Orders
When shopping for a business gift, you can choose from the many products featured on our site or send a Sephora Gift Card or eGift Certificate. Canadian customers should contact our Customer Service Department for more information about Canadian Corporate Merchandise Orders. Currently, we are unable to provide Gift Cards or eGift Certificates for our Canadian clients.
Availability
Sephora Gift Cards are available in amounts of $25, $40, $50, $75, $100 and $250. Our Gift Cards are redeemable in our U.S. and Canadian store locations with the exception of Sephora stores within JCPenney. Gift Cards may also be redeemed online at Sephora.com, or through any of our catalogs. eGift Certificates are redeemable online only at Sephora.com. Both Gift Cards and eGifts have no expiration date.
Minimum Orders
Corporate orders require a minimum purchase of 100 Gift Cards per order. Please contact corporate.gifts@sephora.com for more information about ordering.
Pricing
Depending on the amount of your purchase, you may be eligible for a discount. Discounts are based on a cumulative purchase at the time of ordering. So please inquire with us when placing an order.
Delivery Options
All orders are shipped for free via 2-day expedited service. Overnight shipping is available at an additional cost. Orders are shipped within 5-7 business days of receiving your approved order. Please expect additional shipping time for new corporate accounts. Gift Cards are shipped "inactive" but are loaded with customer information. They will need to be "activated" so please send us an email to corporate.gifts@sephora.com to confirm receipt of your order, and we will activate them.
Payment Terms
Prepayment is accepted with credit cards or wire transfer.
Business checks are acceptable and subject to approval.
