Suggested Usage: Mint Leaves Tea & Tree Shampoo: -Shake well before use. As a shampoo: -Start with a quarter-size amount, increasing as needed. -Massage into wet hair, lather, and rinse thoroughly.
As body wash: -Wet body and massage a small amount of gel onto body, working into a lather. -Rinse thoroughly.
Mint Leaves Tea & Tree Conditioner: -Using hands or comb, work conditioner through wet hair, covering the entire hair shaft from root to tips.

-Spray oil into palm and dip fingers in oil before applying to the scalp.
-Massage scalp for 10 to 15 minutes every two weeks in addition to your regular use. This helps support natural blood circulation in the scalp area.
For curly or coily hair:
-Hold oil five to six inches away from scalp and mist directly on scalp.
-Massage into scalp gently with fingers.
-Rinse if used as a warm oil treatment.
