Was excited to try this and really wanted to like it but not a fan. I prefer other curl creams I use over this. I hate that I like it because it's expensive. This cream is great for finer hair. Oribe's curl butter weighs my fine, 2a/2b wavy hair down and turns it into a nest of grease, but this cream is light enough to enhance and hold waves without weight. ...Best defining cream ever!...I also used the whole Oribe line - shampoo, deep conditioner, leave in, and then this cream. But I've never had this kind of definition and volume on day one hair.

I usually use the hydrating cream, but tried this and loved it. Super moisturizing for my curly/coily hair. ...Ok but get the hydrating styling cream instead...It doesn't have that standard pleasant Moroccanoil scent but instead has this generic somewhat chemical hair cream smell. Overall, I did see that it was more cost effective for me because I was using less product.

I see a few reviews that say this product flakes and while this is a genuine concern, you probably shouldn't pair this with another leave-in or cream! If you have curly/coily hair (3c-4c), the cream should also be applied to your hair while it's soaking wet for maximum hydration....I have thick, curly/coily hair and was found to have an unusual amount of flaking.
