I can't attest to how well this pencil works as an eyeliner because I'm more of a gel/liquid eyeliner kind of girl and I got this as part of a Lancome set, can't remember which, but it's really great for tight-lining the eyes and filling in gaps between the lashes when I do wear liquid/gel eyeliner and mascara. ...Love this and the quality, although I use a liquid eyeliner on top of it just in case. Wouldn't really recommend pencil eyeliner for people who prefer thinner eyeliner or for winged eyeliner.
