Classic styling cream...Works great to style dry hair, keeps hairs in place and hair stays soft. I hate that I like it because it's expensive. This cream is great for finer hair. Oribe's curl butter weighs my fine, 2a/2b wavy hair down and turns it into a nest of grease, but this cream is light enough to enhance and hold waves without weight. ...Best defining cream ever!...I also used the whole Oribe line - shampoo, deep conditioner, leave in, and then this cream. But I've never had this kind of definition and volume on day one hair.

Was excited to try this and really wanted to like it but not a fan. I prefer other curl creams I use over this. I like how thick and creamy it is but I feel like it doesn't define my curls like other curl creams. ...I tried this and the styling cream—and this was superior for my hair (styling cream did little for me and my hair was quite frizzy) .
What it is: A silicone-free styling cream that hydrates, softens, de-frizzes, and defines curly and coily hair.
Hair Type: Medium and Thick
Hair Texture: Coily and Curly
Hair Concerns:
- Curl Enhancing
- Dryness
- Frizz

It made my hair softer and more moisturized. However, as is the case with most Gel-Creams, it is more of a Cream than a gel, and while it is a great base product for wet/damp hair, a second gel product is certainly needed for anyone living in an area with humidity. ...I have tried so many curl stylers, from mouses, to creams, to gels and found nothing I loved for my blonde naturally curly (thin) hair ( large ringlets).
What it is: A curl-defining gel-cream for all curls and coils that combines the hydration properties of a cream with the hold of a gel for boosted curl volume, added shape, and enhanced shine.
Hair Type: Fine, Medium, and Thick
Hair Texture: Wavy, Curly, and Coily
Hair Concerns:
- Curl Enhancing
- Dryness
- Frizz

Finally, a cream my hair loves...Normally my hair will NOT accept a cream/butter. Normally creams/butters sit on top of my hair giving me that oh-so-bedraggled "She forgot to rinse out the conditioner" look. ...This definitely stands out as one of the best, if not the best styling/curl-cream/leave-in that I've ever tried. I have 4C hair, so I use creams like this to soften my hair when I'm twisting or braiding it to stretch it out for my afro.
What it is: A silky-soft styling cream that contains conditioning and repairing agents for a semi-defined, soft hold with elasticity and pliability.
Hair Type: FIne, Medium, and Thick
Hair Texture: Straight, Wavy, Curly, and Coily
Hair Concerns:
- Curl-Enhancing

i scrunch it into my hair when it’s wet and then just let it air dry. ...Favourite curl defining cream...I have thick short-medium-length hair.

Hair Type: Medium and Thick
Hair Texture: Wavy and Curly
Hair Concerns:

Love for blonde hair!...Bleached hair is notoriously difficult to maintain, and this hair cream from Amika is so helpful! ...Perfect smoothing cream...Not 100% sure if it affects the color but it is a great smoothing product that doesn’t weigh down your hair.
