LOVE IT...It's ok...I typically blend it out using my UD Diffusing Highlighter Brush and top it with some of their Afterglow Highlighter (usually in Fireball or Sin) for a more dazzling effect....I'm not sure I'd use it over powder highlighter for my cheeks, but for the details of the face (cupids bow, tip of the nose, brow bone, inner corner of the eye) it works well and isn't too much, though can be built up a bit or amplified with a powder highlighter over top it.
