These colors are so flattering on fair skin and blue eyes!!...I love Harlow - second from left - which really is a lovely base color and this palette really makes blue eyes pop. I did get a much better application when using Sephora Collection Pro Shadow Brush #15 to pack base, Sephora Collection Pro Crease Brush #19 for crease and blending shadows.
