Great eyeliner...I’m very picky with eyeliners but found this eyeliner to be great. It’s creamy so it glides easily and you can use the smudge to refine as needed....i like it! i use it to tightline so i’m not sure how it works on the lid but for eye brightening it works really well and stays put
