I felt the cooling effect, and be sure to use spf, because the serum has AHA,BHA,Vitamin C....Make sure to use sunscreen if you are outside if you use this though because it does have an AHA/BHA blend. I like that the formula is vegan and vegetarian.

I love that this is a clean product which is great way to use AHA & BHA. Usually those two products have dried my face out in combination but so far I’ve used it with the face oil and I wake up with smooth skin and it doesn’t feel dry at all in the morning....If you can get past the horribly fragrant scent, this serum has a lot to offer. The convenience of having an AHA/BHA combo is really nice, and the ingredients are clean and good!

I’ve been reading the reviews about issues layering, and I recommend not exfoliating with AHAs or BHAs when using and going every other day. ...I've used the whole bottle (in conjunction with the absorbic acid 15%, and weekly use of the AHA/BHA peeling mask) but I think if you've used retinol products in the past, your skin won't react to this low dosage. i'm leveling up for my next bottle to the .5% and hoping for better results.
