I think the blue does lose a bit of vividness when blended but it is buildable so if I want a more opaque and saturated blue I just add more. are liquid and dry, the blue is matte and the gold is a glitter. ...High quality must-have eyeshadow & liner!!...I would say that the matte blue paint was slightly more difficult to blend however the pigment of the royal blue eyeshadow was absolutely vibrant and stunning.
