I think so but it really depends on if you wear your hair down and straight and want that sleek pin straight hair. it really does work and save you a lot of time in your "getting ready" routine. Although your hair cannot be soaking wet "towel dried" is fine. the airstrait really does work as a blowdryer and straightener in one. It is loud like a blow dryer but the results are amazing. My hair length is to my chest area and not thin and it takes me about 10 - 15 mins from start to finish and I just use a leave in conditioner sometimes with Amika: the Wizard excellent for detangling and keeping the frizz down and JVN air cream💞
