Is this almost the same as Makeup Forever's HD Skin Matte Velvet powder foundation?

I have both and find them to be pretty different. I much prefer Dior's as it's more lightweight, doesn't look heavy or cakey when built up like the MUFE does, and wears better throughout the day. MUFE has a better shade range but if you can find one in Dior's, I recommend it. If you're looking for a new powder foundation though, try Sephora's Best Skin Ever - it has similar qualities to Dior's but lasts all day, even in the summer.
