Enriched with the exceptional moisturizing power of the new Orchid Essential Water complex, and coupled with the regenerative power of Cell Respiration™ technology, The Rich Cleansing Foam is an essential stage of the Guerlain Orchidée Impériale Complete Care ritual.
With a pH close to that of the skin (pH 6.3), this delicate, creamy foam cleanses and purifies. It preserves the skin’s natural balance and hydration, offering exceptional efficacy and comfort. Free from impurities and micro-particles of pollution, the skin is left soft and supple, its texture looks refined, and the complexion looks radiant and glowing.
What it is formulated WITHOUT:
What else you need to know:
Consisting of an aqueous extract of orchid, combined with low molecular weight hyaluronic acid, this complex moisturizes and supports the natural hydration of the skin.
Low molecular weight hyaluronic acid is made up of tiny fragments that the skin perceives as a deterioration in its own hyaluronic acid. The skin responds by activating its own hyaluronic acid synthesis and its natural self-hydration mechanism from the inside*.
The orchid, a rare and precious raw ingredient, is the very essence of the exceptional Orchidée Impériale Complete Care range. A genuine longevity prodigy, the orchid is the most developed species in the plant kingdom. Convinced of its exceptional potential, Guerlain set up its first research center ever to be devoted to an ingredient: the Orchidarium®.
For 15 years, Guerlain Research has been exploring the frontiers of cellular longevity. Now it has identified a new mechanism that plays a key role in longevity: cellular respiration. More effective thanks to the discovery of the extraordinary powers of a duo of orchids, new Cell Respiration™ technology delivers superior efficacy inside the skin. It supports natural cellular respiration and combats hypoxia* or oxygen deficiency, a phenomenon that increases with age. The cells can breathe again and maximize their energy production, which supports cell regeneration*. This diminishes visible signs of aging, like wrinkles and fine lines, as well as loss of firmness, density, and elasticity. It leaves the complexion looking more even and radiant, like it’s been infused with a breath of life.
