Do you use this on dry hair?or after shampooing?

I find it works best on damp hair! I use a t-shirt towel to dry my hair then apply it in sections using a detangling brush so the product is evenly distributed across my strands. Then I let it sit with a plastic cap for about 45 minutes and rinse out. The results are amazing!
