Oh my goodness no! I tried it immediately once we got it. It’s a nice cooling sensation. It’s not spicy or anything crazy. It just feels like peppermint or something on your lips for a few seconds and then it’s just like the regular ones! I promise it’s not a burning sensation at all!!
