does this smell like rose water?

It’s a pretty scent. It doesn’t smell like rose water. It definitely has floral notes. I’m not big on SDJ because I’m not big into gourmands. This is one of 3 scents out of all their fragrances that I like. Even so, I didn’t buy it.
