could i use this even if i didnt wear makeup that day? and then go in with a foaming cleanser?

There is no need to follow up with another cleanser if you are not wearing makeup that day. I don't use foundation at the moment so i can't say how well it removes foundation but it's not really good for removing mascara so I use micellar eye makeup remover for that. I really like the way this cleanser makes my skin feel - hydrated and clean.
