Does it cover birthmarks?

I don’t have birthmarks, but I do have dark acne scars/hyperpigmentation that’s much darker than my skin. The foundation covers it in 1 or 2 swipes, so I’d assume it can work on birthmarks as well. Depending on how different the color of your skin vs. the birthmark is, can try a color corrector first, *if needed*. I didn’t need any color correcting for my hyperpigmentation.
