Mirror on the inside lid (I can’t stand when palettes don’t have a mirror!) I did not have the problems with pigment payoff that others described with the mattes, but have not used the shimmers yet so can’t speak to those. ...Great on the go purple palette...I have used this palette a few times now and love it.
