Orders to be shipped to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, International countries, or P.O. Box or APO/FPO addresses do not quality for Flash 2 Day shipping. We offer USPS (Priority), 2 Day and 1 Day shipping services only. Also, any orders that include restricted items must be shipped ground and also do not qualify for expedited shipping.

Multiple Shipping Addresses

At this time, we can only ship to one address per order. To ship to multiple addresses, call Customer Service for assistance at 1-877-SEPHORA (1-877-737-4672).

Restricted Hazardous Items

Certain items considered hazardous materials including aerosols and alcohol-based products (e.g., pressurized spray cans, hairspray, nail polish remover, etc.) are restricted and required by the U.S. Department of Transportation to be shipped by ground-only transport, due to air transport restrictions and regulations. For these shipments, we recommend Ground at $5.95 if orders are under $50. For P.O. Box addresses, USPS Ground (Parcel Post) is the only shipping method available. Regrettably, these items cannot be shipped to Hawaii, Alaska, or Puerto Rico.

Business Days & Holidays

All orders ship Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. For Standard 3 Day shipping, 2 Day and 1 Day shipping: orders must be placed by 3pm PT in order to ship same day (12pm PT for 1 day shipping orders) to be processed on the same business day otherwise it will be processed the next day.

Packages do not ship from our distribution centers on the following holidays (UPS orders only):

For packages shipping to Hawaii & Alaska, P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO Military Addresses using USPS Priority there are additional holidays in which packages do not ship from our distribution centers including: Martin Luther King Jr. Day, President's Day, Columbus Day, and Veteran's Day.

Tracking Orders

When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation e-mail. The e-mail will contain shipment details, your tracking number, and a link to the selected carrier site.
