Placing Canadian Orders
You can order quickly and easily online.
Step 1. Shipping Information
Please provide precise address information including city, province/territory, and postal code information. Remember to spell out the Canadian city to which you are shipping the order. Many times abbreviations, misspellings, and other typos can result in errors in this section. Your shipping address must be in Canada. After entering the "ship to" addresses, you can select a shipment method for your order. Delivery charges will be applied according to your selection.
Sephora offers FREE 2-4 DAY STANDARD SHIPPING on all merchandise orders C$50 or more (excluding taxes). For shipments totaling less than C$50, there is a delivery charge of C$7.95 for standard shipping. Express shipping is C$11.95. You can add, edit, or delete shipping addresses while you are in this step of the checkout process. You have the option to select gift packaging (products are wrapped in tissue paper and delivered in a durable cardboard box), or a black nylon satchel with a red cord drawstring. Just select the option that best fits your needs. You can also add a personalized gift message to your order.
Step 2. Payment Information
Sephora accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Paypal (only available on www.sephora.ca). You can also pay for your order with a Gift Card or eGift Card. You can use up to two Gift Cards or eGift Cards for each order online. You can use up to ten Gift Cards and/or eGift Cards for an order by contacting Customer Service at 1-877-SEPHORA. At this time we are unable to accept store credits or debit cards on Canadian orders. We will not bill your credit card until we ship your order. You can store multiple credit cards to use for your online purchase. During the checkout process, you can add, edit, or delete your information. Select one credit card for the payment of your order. If you have a coupon or promotional code, you can enter by expanding the Promotions section. On ‘Apply’ the promotional offer will appear in your inline shopping basket. Only one promotional code can be used per order. Promotional codes cannot be combined or redeemed for cash or credit.
Step 3. Order Review
Please review your order to ensure that your order information is correct, especially the shipping and billing addresses. If you want to change your order, or any of the shipping or billing information, go back to previous steps by clicking on 'select' for section you want to edit. The total price includes taxes, shipping and handling charges. This is the total cost to you - there will be no additional or other hidden charges. If you decide not to place your order, you can cancel your order at this time. To place your order, click "Place Order."
Immediately after you have successfully placed your order with Sephora.ca, you will see an Order Confirmation with an order number. You will also receive an e-mail with your order details. The order confirmation e-mail is your receipt that can be printed for your records. The order confirmation e-mail includes your order number, products ordered and prices, any promotional coupons, your ship-to and bill-to information, and the ship method. Once your order is placed, it cannot be modified or cancelled. You may return your items free of charge.
Gift Cards & eGift Cards
You can buy Sephora Classic Gift Cards from Sephora retail stores and eGift Cards from Sephora.com. Classic Gift cards are currently not available for purchase online at this time.
