I have the bonbon coquelicot (warm poppy red). I like color but would like to put something moisturizing and long lasting on top but not too glossy- any recommendations? (This brand or another- clear or a warm red)

What I like to do is prep my lips with the Violette Lip Nectar in Rose de Moab.  It’s hydrating and leaves a neutral stain base for the Bonbon Coquelicot to sit atop.  It doesn’t take away from the balm color either bc the balm is a more vibrant saturated shade.

For reference, I have a light to medium, neutral skin tone with dark hair and eyes.
