Suggested Usage:
-Use the stiff, long-flocked applicator to comb the gel-mouse through brows until desired effect is achieved.
-Allow a few seconds for each coat to dry slightly before applying another layer for a fuller effect.
-Pro Tip: To remove excess product, spin the small flocked applicator on the back of your hand before applying. Use the back of your hand as a palette to ensure that you have the perfect amount of mousse on the wand, grabbing a bit here and there as needed.
