Yes you absolutely can apply this cream to your lids.  The formula is mild and safe to use around the fragile skin around the eyes.  I also confirmed this info with a representative from Laneige. I was looking for an eye cream that would cater to my mature dry eyes.. I am on my second jar and this eye cream is incredible! It is super hydrating, plumping.reduced puffiness and smoothes out fine lines.  Thanks to the cream, my eyeshadows apply like a dream and my eyes look refreshed overall. So good!
