-If you’re experiencing any area of excessive dryness, open skin, or went a little heavy handed with chemical exfoliation, give your skin a little resting time before using.

-Begin with freshly cleansed, dry skin.
-Gently press the dot (textured side down) onto your breakout for 20 seconds.
-Wear for at least six hours and repeat every two to three days as needed.
-Do not use more than three days per spot.
