Love this pallete but as a new eyeshadow user, I'm wondering if the shimmer getting all over my face after application is normal? Or is it because I applied this first then used setting spray?

It�  s called fallout and it�  s so annoying  I usually do my eyeshadow before my face if I�  m working with a pallets with lots of fallout- using an eyeshadow primer should help with it as well
