Leading dermatologist Dr. Howard Sobel pioneered the use of professional-grade active ingredients in over-the-counter skincare in 1991. Now, nearly 30 years later, he’s created the next level of anti-aging products. Introducing SOBEL SKIN Rx – professional-grade, science-backed formulas, clinically-tested to transform and rejuvenate skin without a prescription. Dr. Sobel’s skincare philosophy revolves around using highly concentrated active ingredients that have withstood the test of time, increasing their strength to maximum levels and delivering them in a way that enhances product penetration while reinforcing the skin’s protective barrier. “SOBEL SKIN Rx is all about the active ingredients,” says Dr. Sobel. “You’ll find them at the very top of all of our ingredient lists, so you know that the product you’re getting is the real deal and not just hype.” What sets SOBEL SKIN Rx apart is the revolutionary, SB-100 patent-pending delivery system found in all cream products. It mimics the healthy skin structure you see in teenagers, and in doing so, works synergistically with the skin to ensure better absorption of active ingredients than traditional creams. Mirroring the skin’s natural, multi-lamellar matrix allows the ingredients to penetrate on a time-released basis, meaning skin gets continuous benefits for a longer period of time without irritation. Products are formulated with clean, safe ingredients and have been given Sephora’s clean seal. They're cruelty-free, and free of parabens, fragrance, phthalates, sulfates and emulsifiers and are housed in recyclable glass bottles with soy-based ink. The eight-product collection supports Dr. Sobel’s commitment to advanced skin science. Products have undergone both rigorous clinical and consumer testing, and the results have been nothing short of incredible. “It’s the next tier in skincare,” says Dr. Sobel. “Skin feels and acts like a younger version of itself.”
