This is the white eyeliner u need for ur waterline! Great color but application could be a little smoother...Great eyeliner...I’m very picky with eyeliners but found this eyeliner to be great. It’s creamy so it glides easily and you can use the smudge to refine as needed.

I really love this eyeliner. It’s smooth for a pencil eyeliner and it’s water proof. ...I have a tan/deep skin tone (Nars Tahoe/Moorea) and brown eyes and I wanted an eyeliner to make my eyes looks bigger.
