I have long fine hair that has been bleached and dyed. I use deposit-only colour over the whole of it, so I like to cowash to stretch out the colour since even colour-safe shampoo strips the crap out of it. ...But I have long hair that I color consistently, so I flip my hair over in the shower and massage this shampoo into those long strands.
