I found this foundation to have very good coverage! It went on easily and smoothly, and didn't feel heavy....What worked best for me here was patting (and not smearing), a very small amount, about a half pump, over my entire face, and then building up coverage around dark spots, under my eyes, etc. The coverage is great, and I didn't see a need for a concealer.
