I love exfoliating because I have very oily skin; however, what I wasn’t aware was that I was over exfoliating making my skin super dry which make my skin produce more oil. Then I was told about this gentle exfoliating lotion; I love how this exfoliates my skin without stripping off my natural oils; I have very textured skin with large pores, also my skin is very oily. ...This one is a clear liquid and does feel more like an astringent, much like the rest of Clinique's clarifying lotions. It is still alcohol free, however, and also contains a couple of the ingredients I liked so much in the Mild formula, like salicylic acid.
