This toner has completely resolved my dry patches and while I can see people being upset about a formula change, let's appreciate what we do have and that's a quality product that IS safe for sensitive skin. For reference, I have rosacea and and extremely sensitive skin.. and the witch hazel in this formula doesn't bother me at all! ...If you have a sensitivity to witch hazel, obviously don't use it, but otherwise, I think it follows the mantra, "Do No Harm."

Do be cautious of sun exposure to that specific area when using the pads. The Witch Hazel implementation is superb! Best use for after shave or wax....Maybe TMI but I use them on my “bikini line” (only up top of course) because I typically get at least 2-3 ingrowns after shaving that area. The witch hazel is very soothing. Sometimes my fiancé uses them on his face &/ or neck after trimming his beard.

Love this formula compared to The Ordinary. The addition of witch hazel helps soothe my skin. I just wish a larger bottle was offered....I noticed that all this toner contained was glycolic acid and witch hazel and immediately bought it. It’s amazing!!
