It's definitely a more aggressive exfoliator and wouldn't recommend to people with sensitive skin. ...i love origins so when this came out i had to try it, i do agree with the reviews that is a bit of a harder exfoliant on the skin but i dont find it very harsh like some state, when i use it, it gves me a deep clean feeling and after my face is so soft and feels clean. maybe if you have sensitive skin keep in mind that the beads are a bit harder but overall this is a new staple for my night routine i love it and it smells amazing too
