I do find I get some volume and quite an inky, almost smokey look from this. It's neon cobalt blue and really adds to the overall darkness of the look. ...If you cover all the blue this product works good, but I find it impossible and always see blue on my lashes in the light.

Yes, the shadow is extremely creamy but when it applies on the lid, it’s just does not blend out smoothly. The blues are hardest to work with because it does not blend at all. ...i don’t understand the bad reviews. i use my finger and the majority of these colors show up great. only have issues with the blue ones being a bit muddy. the jewel tones go with so many looks
