very good . the best glycolic acid product i've ever used . compared to most other products with this ingredient , it is quite gentle . it's effective without being unnecessarily harsh . excellent formulation ....Thought it would be a good gentle exfoliator (this was before I had knowledge of different AHAs) and glycolic acid isn't it for those with sensitive skin. Also the witch hazel irritates the skin even more! I also notice no difference.

However, the primer does cling onto dry patches and it has a weird smell, which I think is the witch hazel because I have very sensitive and acne-prone skin, but I haven't noticed any irritation from it....I liked that it has witch hazel and salicylic acid in it as that helps aid in my acne as well.

This toner has completely resolved my dry patches and while I can see people being upset about a formula change, let's appreciate what we do have and that's a quality product that IS safe for sensitive skin. For reference, I have rosacea and and extremely sensitive skin.. and the witch hazel in this formula doesn't bother me at all! ...If you have a sensitivity to witch hazel, obviously don't use it, but otherwise, I think it follows the mantra, "Do No Harm."

Do be cautious of sun exposure to that specific area when using the pads. The Witch Hazel implementation is superb! Best use for after shave or wax....Maybe TMI but I use them on my “bikini line” (only up top of course) because I typically get at least 2-3 ingrowns after shaving that area. The witch hazel is very soothing. Sometimes my fiancé uses them on his face &/ or neck after trimming his beard.

Nice product...I definitely expected a lot from this product but the first time trying it, it didn’t work:( However, when I used it after my cream products and applied loose powder as my last step, my makeup didn’t move all night! ...This product kept my face looking flawless.
