Is it supposed to turn yellow??? I didnt think that's what it meant by "banana bright"

Yes, it’s the vitamin C (and possibly/probably other ingredients in it). They don’t make it super clear from the basic description. From researching it further, to see if I wanted to try it, part of their description says they do it to minimize the white cast and brighten skin. Most reviews have said that it blends in well and doesn’t leave your skin orange or yellow (I’ve read all the non-paid reviews) but some people have said it left them yellow.

The company itself writes:
Mineral sunscreen takes longer to absorb into skin vs. chemical sunscreen, due to the high percentage of zinc in the formulation (16.3 percent), depending on your skin tone, you may see a white cast that could fade over time, to offset this mineral cast, OLEHENRIKSEN added iconic light-reflecting mineral pigments.

Hope that helps a bit, and good luck with your sunscreen search! I have yet to find my perfect face sunscreen but I have oily combo skin and Vichy matte sunscreen I’ve found to be good.
