This item is quite deceiving in the description.  It does not say that it removes makeup but on the video it does.  Can I use it just to remove the oils on my face at the end of the day. I don't use makeup, but can I just use it as a cleanser?

yes you can use it as a cleanser. I don't wear makeup except lipstick and mascara. so use as a cleanser though I wouldn't use it day and night without using some type of soap and water once a day or once every other day. hope that helps.
