The liner is nice but too dark for my skin tone. Is it safe if I use it as an eyeliner?

I would not reccomend using it as an eyeliner. Lip products are made according to FDA regulations for cosmetics applied to the lip area, they have not been formulated / tested to be used around the eye area, use at your own risk.
