Did anyone else have issues with the pen running out after only a couple weeks? I loved it but it's dry already and I stored it properly (upside down, flat surface to draw the ink out). Did I get a defective one?

Try using toner in your brow prior to applying your brow products. This will remove any skincare  foundation  oil and help your products to perform their best. Shake the pen before you use it  store it vertically with the tip facing down  draw on a flat surface like the top of the cap to get the ink flowing to the tip and apply the hair strokes slowly for best results. if you're doing all of that then maybe yours is defective and you can try to exchange. Hope this helps!
