Its universal shade melts easily into all skin tones and adds a transparent blurring effect that leaves no trace. Its tinted formula blurs eyelid imperfections and provides an optimal makeup base that makes the color’s power explode. It can be applied to any type of eyeshadow, powder, cream, or liquid, it enhances the makeup result by intensifying its pigmentation and making eyeshadow colors pop.
Suggested Usage:
-Apply a fine layer of product directly on the naked eyelid with the applicator.
